Sprint is fixed scope. Any change is a change order with a new price and timeline.
Yes. The audit fee is credited toward the first month of retainer if you upgrade within 30 days.
For audits, almost always solo with one senior reviewer. For sprints and retainers, 2–4 people per project. All from our inner circle.
Mutual NDA via DocuSign before discovery if you'd like.
IP for deliverables (code, documents, SOW outputs) transfers on payment. Standard MSA.
Invoices via Stripe or Mercury/Revolut. Polish entity. Reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B; standard B2B invoicing for US clients.
